there's the remains of an old ww2 battery up the hill. there's also the remains of some dog do-do.

    love it there - if you walk east from the main surf beach around the coast you'll come to basically a desert island spot, very nice. If you go east from the ferry terminal past all the sailing clubs and keep going (or check a map and cut through the residential streets), there's a wicked jumping rock and another more hidden beach.

    Good luck - any of you or updates about what you're doing?
